SAFE SLEEP GUIDELINES
1. Placing your baby to sleep on their back is the key to safety.
2. Check your baby occasionally to ensure that he/she isn’t getting overheated or sleeping with the face turned into the padded sides.
3. Never use a quilt/blanket to cover the baby in a sleeping bag as it can lead to overheating.
4. Check your baby’s temperature by touching the tummy. If the tummy feels hot, unzip & take the baby out of the carry nest.
5. Never let anything cover your baby’s face.
6. Always place the carry nest/sleeping bag on a flat, firm surface.
7. Never place the baby in an oversized sleeping bag to prevent your baby from slipping down.
